The room had a musty smell throughout our stay and keeping the fan on did not help. We could hear everything that was happening in corridor (people walking, talking) as our room had corridor view. The staff was not friendly and didn’t provide extra towels we needed as the shower water comes out on the bath floor and there were no bath mats.

The front desk guy did not explain anything about the property. He did not mention that a room service request has to be placed with the front desk. I waited 2 days for the service and it did not happen. On the second day, i asked the cleaning lady if she coukd have someone clean up the room while i was gone and she said she will tell someone on my behalf. I came back at 4pm, room was not cleaned or made up. I called the front desk and i was told the cleaning crew left at 2:30 and it is too late. All in all, i stayed 3 days with no room service. What a shame!

Overall, I loved the property, the area, all the amenities, and the staff especially was always so nice and helpful! The only thing I had particular trouble with was the hotel room bathroom which was a little difficult to flush for some reason and would take multiple attempts. My room was also missing a hooks to hang our bath towels but we made due. Other than these little things, everything else was very nice and I would definitely book here again!

Excellent place to stay in Boston. Price is good . Convenient easy to walk to restaurants, Trader Joe’s . Room are clean and comfortable. Parking close. Nice breakfast and coffee and tea always available. This is our second stay here , we will be back

Overall a good place to stay, right next to a T station, nice neighborhood, lots of restaurants in walkable distance. What I did not like is the abnormal toilet seat in my room. It was so low as if meant for a kid. An elderly person would struggle to get up from that. Hence 3 stars.

The only things I "didn't like" were that there weren't any on-site vending machines or similar service and how dry the air was. The first is minor considering how close options are for quick eats and drinks are that are open late. The second is something idk if they could even change, and it's than mold. Otherwise, very clean and easy to get to. Staff was kind and knowledgeable about the area. The room was comfortable and quiet (excluding our neighbors who were having a party, which was handled by staff).

The A/C unit did not work making our room extremely hot. We transferred to another room to find that room with a non working A/C as well. Brought it up to staff the next day, no manager on site. I was told I would get a call back which I never.

It's a ver unique look, could be described as an Americanized version of the Japanese Pod hotels. Just a warning they dont do the free toothbrushes and toothpaste so make sure to bring that

Sono stato in questo hotel la settimana della boston marathon. La camera abbastanza spaziosa e pulita. La colazione abbastanza povera e con poca scelta inoltre gia’ dalle 8 del mattino non venivano rimpiazzati quei pochi prodotti che erano esposti. Per 3 mattine di seguito mancavano i bicchieri per le bevande (latte, caffe’ acqua). L’ho fatto notare al personale di sala e alla reception e mi ridevano in faccia allargando le spalle!!! Difficilmente ritornerei in questo hotel.

The hotel was fine but not that clean and didn't have daily housekeeping. The calk in the bathroom was black and moldy. I didn't realize that Sonder is a different type of stay than a hotel and probably wouldn't stay again.

Because the hotel is essentially pod like rooms inside a larger building, our room didn’t have any windows with natural light which made sleeping in so easy. The breakfast was very good and had many cold food options. Paid parking under the hotel was convenient. Lots of places to walk to. Felt very safe as well for solo travelers.

Hotel was good, staff was helpful. Had our in unit AC start making a weird noise which maintenance fixed promptly. Only real complaints were the showers, which took a very long time to heat up and also didn't get very hot. Also several other guests we're quite rude, but this is not the hotels' fault. Overall, a good stay and would book again.

The staff was super friendly. We were there during the marathon, so I think they were hit harder than anticipated. But it was still a great stay overall - would definitely stay there again.

Loved the location of this property for the Boston Marathon. Right on the course and super close to the main subway line into Boston. The hotel was very accommodating to the runners and loved the breakfast earlier on race morning. Staff was friendly in wishing us luck!
