Great property inside and out! The front desk staff could have been slightly friendlier, but other than that, nice stay. The staff working the breakfast area was exceptional!

Very friendly check in service , very fast and efficiently check out , buffet breakfast very good But for highend hotel using plastic cups at happy hour was a disappointment although bartender did supply me with a nice wine glass when asked overall experience very good

Only issue outside or renovations going on is the coffee is terrible. It wasn’t the best embassy breakfast we have had.

Staff was professional and friendly. Though an older decor it was clean. Bed comfortable. Complimentary breakfast quite good and staff keep it stocked well and clean. Convenient location.

Staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. There were a few hiccups with my phone not working and Nextdoor neighbors that smoked, but overall my stay was great.

The rooms are nicely decorated. The decor in the lobby is also very beautiful. The shower could’ve been hotter.

We arrived later than planned, around 7:30 pm We had been driving for 9 hour. The gentleman at the desk was very unfriendly, bordering on rude We had to drive around the building for 20 minutes waiting for someone to vacate a parking spot. There was absolutely no where to park. It would have been nice if we would have been informed of alternative parking lots?? If there are any, but after the check in we didn’t want to go back and ask. The room was very nice and spacious for our family of five.

I plan to call Hilton directly. The room felt dingy and gross. There was rust on the light fixtures, marks all over the doors and walls, etc. I realize it’s old but it looked very run down and unkempt.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. We tried to stay at another hotel the day before in order to save $, but were very disappointed and ended up booking embassy suites for our last night in kennesaw. We will only stay at embassy suites from here on in when visiting our children that go to Emory and kennesaw state.

The Best You Can Ask For!!
Everything was perfect!!! They even let us check in a few minutes early. This me and my fiancé 2nd time staying here, I’m sure this will be our place to stay. Everything is within a few minutes of driving distance.

Good but needs improvement.
The person at check in was great. I called the hotel approx. 2 weeks prior to arriving to ensure they used hypo allergic bedding. They did not do this prior to us arriving. 😔 Housekeeping was called and the left all the new bedding and pillows in room for us to change the bedding. Hair was found around base of toilets that wasn’t ours. They need better cleaners.

We loved our stay at the Embassy Suites. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bathroom could use a face lift. The breakfast was fantastic. We will be staying there again if the need arises.

The hotel itself was great but the food I ordered from Ruth’s Chris inside the hotel was not. I asked for a well done cheeseburger but got a medium done bacon cheeseburger. Very disappointed.
