I (using my credit card) made a reservation at the Brick Lodge Atlanta/Norcross for family for the night of 5/17/24. 1.) on the online form, I specified FIRST FLOOR due to mobility issues. 2.) I never received an email confirmation, as I had previously, and 3.) when I called the Brick Lodge to verify the reservation, I SPECIFICALLY reiterated the requirement for FIRST FLOOR. when the guests arrived, the desk clerk (not who I spoke to on 5/16) gave them a great deal of difficulty on their mobility issues (!!!) and need for a first floor entry.
VERY UNHAPPY with Expedia, even though Brick Lodge is the hotel. this information should have been entered into the online registration!
