"Convenient location in the center of Amsterdam. About 30-40min walk from Amsterdam Central. Trams stop right in front of the hotel. Walkable to main tourist attractions. Stayed in a nice and spacious top floor with attic ceiling. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Direct us to a place that helped book our last-minute tour to Keukenhof garden during the flower parade weekend frenzy! "

"The staff were attentive, polite and prompt; however, the management in charge of the restaurant did not anticipate that on king's day there would be a lot more people having dinner and meals, therefore, there was a shortage of staff and there was quite a long wait for meals to be served. "

"There is so much to do on the property, everyday a way for people to meet each other. But they don't take or replace cups in the room, you'll need to bring them down and ask for more. There's coffee and tea, but they don't replace those everytime either. The room is clean, comfortable, cute details! Everyone is friendly."
