"We loved everything about the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. It was in an excellent location. Bus stop was in front of the hotel and there were all kinds of dining and shopping within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!"

"The service is not that good. I waited for my luggage for almost 20 minutes. It’s not very professional. You can tell they really wait tips. This makes me uncomfortable. A 5 star shouldn’t like this. Also the treat guests as suspects and keep asked to questions all time. I won’t come back here. "

"I want to be fare here the hotel is good. I booked it because it supposed to honor gold vip status They didn’t even bother looking at this so why even advertise accepting vip status in your hotel. There is an issue with water mixer in the room you have two choice or burning water or cold water. When the AC compressor is off you get mold smell of the ducts i bet never ever cleaned and moldy due to high humidity. The hotwl is clean staff are not rude but not super friendly at the same time poker...
