"This stay started rocky but the receptionist made it up to us quickly. We arrived at 3:00 pm and the hotel was fully booked and struggling to get prior guests to check-out on time and therefore have rooms cleaned and ready. However, the young lady at the front desk was patient and calm, and we had a gorgeous room within 30 minutes. The room was spacious and luxurious and we enjoyed our stay. "We loved everything about the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. It was in an excellent location. Bus stop was in front of the hotel and there were all kinds of dining and shopping within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!"

The Y bar restaurant on the ground floor service was very good, and there is an amazing brisket slider combo that was out of this world! the room is generally nice, but not too cozy. the bathrooms could do with some upgrade or focused maintenance.. but all in all i would recomment this hotel. good value. "

"I arrived during the largest floods in decades in Abu Dhabi, and the hotel was overbooked. However, the manager sorted out a stay next door at Staybridge Suites for me very quickly and helped me move my luggage and move in there. The area is convenient for the airport and trips within Abu Dhabi and to Dubai, but since I didn't end up staying at Centro, I cannot comment on the facilities. The staff were very helpful in a difficult situation that arose due to a weather emergency."
