What can I say about this hotel I have stayed here for two days one last and one this week late afternoon after 4pm till 2/3am and nothing offered i.e food wise just tea and coffee sachets in bedroom yep really gonna drink tea and coffee want hot food but nope. Quite disappointed that dinner is not offered although the room costs 109 pound I don't think I'll be booking this hotel, Dinner not served have to pay for that extra oh and when booking online it does not give you the option to select dinner they just presume it's bed and breakfast , still waiting for a receipt parking is a piss take really no spot only on double yellow line and yep expecting a fine too, and they don't take cash utter nonsense also book food via the app, we need more apps.on.our phone

As your booking was made directly with Expedia, they can provide you with a receipt for your stay as it was made through a 3rd party provider.With regards to our food offering, we do serve food 24 hours a day. A full breakfast buffet is served 04.30 - 09.30, Lunch menu 12.00-14.00 and then dinner (with hot options) 17.00-21.00. Out with these times a limited menu is served of sandwiches or pizza.We are a limited service hotel therefore do not offer a dinner, bed and breakfast rate option - only Bed and Breakfast.I will pass all comments on to the team here and if you wish to discuss things further please do not hesitate to contact myself directly at the hotel.

We were booked into the hotel for 3 nights, however there was no housekeeping undertaken at any time or bins emptied in our bedroom. This was clearly very disappointing for a Hilton hotel.

It was a smooth check-in and check-out. The room was clean and was even cleaned the morning after we went out for the day, which is unusual these days..

Hotel good, reception staff questionable
Overall stay was good, however, I didn’t think the reception staff were the most welcoming. I asked about the breakfast and all I was told was “everything is on the information sheet”, which is fine, but would have been more welcoming if I was told the time. Even when passing by reception for breakfast, although they seen me, no acknowledgement from them. The most welcoming was when I was checking out. It’s a shame as I’ve stayed here a few times before and it was a much more pleasant experience.

The hotel was not too busy and breakfast was good. There weren't any grocery stores or restaurants nearby. Parking was limited and my biggest complaint was the towels smelled so badly. It appears to be washed without laundry detergent. It was disgusting!

This is a hotel that is designed for oil workers There was no atmosphere at all and saw very little staff during stay. Car parking it awful, we had to complain as at night there were no spaces. We were then put into the " premium" car park at no cost which was only the right thing they could do. Breakfast was ok as a self serve and had all you would need and was tasty enough. Staff not very friendly and hotel not welcoming at all. Room basic and clean but tea tray lacking with items. Would not return

Shame about the parking .....
My only reservation about booking to start with was the parking availability. We arrived at 2.50 to find approx 5 or 6 spaces left. Far to many offshore workers using carpark whilst away. In my opinion i would remove this service. This would be the only i probability wouldn't book again. The reception was immaculate. Service was excellent and informative. We found the room to be clean and welcoming. The shower refill bottles were grubby and not filled. The shower seals a bit black spotty and the towels could have been neater in the holder. We only ate breakfast in the restaurant. The breakfast was by far the best I've had recently.all areas were tided and well stocked. My only criticism would be the chairs could do with a good clean. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Wouldn't stay again unless it was the only choice
The hotel was very busy as Lewis Capaldi was playing so quite understandable that the staff were rushed off their feet but they were also rude had to wait a long time to check in and check out and the staff ignored you, one even answered the phone half way through speaking to me. Room was comfy and clean looking however smelt of cigarettes which wasn't pleasant at all

The hotel needs to be refurbished. It is tired and carpets etc. need to be cleaned/replaced. Currently at post covid rates it is very poor value for money. The car park is grossly insufficient although the staff do try hard.

Perfect Aberdeen airport hotel
Great new hotel really close to the airport. I even walked there. The stagecoach bus runs every 15 minutes into town.

Lovely stay!
Great hotel. It was clean and modern. Breakfast was fantastic. Very good value for money. We originally got a space in the car park however no spaces when we returned after an event and there was no alternative parking overly close by. So if you get a space initially i would suggest leaving the car and taking a taxi.
