"Pros: Air conditioning was great. Room was comfortable. Restaurant and server at the pool were super nice and helpful. Cons: front desk staff not awesome. Elevators were awful. No ice or water on my floor. Surcharges for the pool after 12:00. $50 for the lounger and a min $50 food and beverage charge which wasn’t hard to achieve since each drink is 20 bucks. "The hotel space is nice. The wait for the elevator was outrageous. We waited easily for 15-20 minutes each time we needed to leave or return. The staff was unresponsive and unapologetic regarding this issue. I asked the concierge to help with reservations prior to arrival and she was unhelpful and neither communicated nor responded to my emails without several follow up emails asking for a status update. We waited for 30 minutes for the car and our luggage. The car returned to us dirty both...
