"All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great! So many lovely patisserie items and then I had smoked salmon and poached eggs every day… my favourite! Pool was sparkling clean and always plenty of sun loungers. Location quite remote but we found a few good restaurants nearby and a friendly little local bar with a talking parrot! "

"The atmosphere of the castle was absolutely beautiful. You’re in an ancient castle yet everything is so pristine and high tech. "Wonderfully relaxing property. A little oasis on the outskirts of Ugento. Staff very attentive to everything we asked for and organized activities for us, particularly the excellent cooking classes at the nearby Castello di Ugento. Oh and the dinner in the Castello was also excellent! We had a wonderful time and recommend the property to anyone looking for a quick relaxing escape in Puglia. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Puglia!"
