"Check-in was at 4:00 pm. When my family and I got there at 4:00 pm our room was not ready. They said we would receive a text message when our room was ready. At about 4:15 pm, I spoke to another employee and she was able to get us a room that was ready. The room was very spacious and modern. Very nice bathrooms, comfy beds, and just the right temperature. "Muy buena la atención y todo en general, lo unico es que el agua para tomar en las habitaciones proveida por el hotel (como es norma y ley en todos los hoteles) solo se encontraba en el piso y dentro del gym. El hielo si estaba en todos los pisos, de resto todo muy bueno."
