"Good breakfast buffet, albeit mostly Korean and Vietnamese dishes. Deluxe Double Room was small, but adequate with nice view. Bathroom was very small (Toilet stall was so little you'll bang your head pulling up your pants!), and has too many mirrors. Room had more than enough outlets, which is rare in Vietnam. The "western" restaurant had very limited menu which did not reflect the advertisements for the restaurant. The lobby bar was OK, they had lots of fancy cocktails, but did not know...

"These type of hotels are to be found all over SE Asia, coach package tours used by locals, Koreans and Chinese. They usually arrive in the afternoon and depart early in the morning, making a racket on both occasions. On a positive note, its well located and the staff are friendly and professional. "The hotel is great for a relaxed trip out in the lakes. For Dalat first-timers like us, it was probably not the best choice because we had to take taxi/GrabCar all the time to join day tours that picked up guests from the city center only (hotel shuttle schedule was very sparse during our stay in late Oct). The extra car ride took time, costed money and caused challenges when many drivers were reluctant to cover this location or having a hard time navigating the winding roads in the dark."

"As an experienced traveller, I anticipated the lack of value at a resort restaurant (over-priced for what you get), as was the case here. Also anticipated was that their pre-paid shuttles, like from the airport are too pricey - you can book for half the price on your own. There was a stain on the lounge chair (so we never sat in it) and on the drapes. Most frustrating was their "free" shuttle to and from Da Lat town center. We had three options to book the return shuttle from Da Lat: 3:00...
