"Property location was great - staff were professional. Area is VERY loud — we couldn’t take a nap, and then there was a loud party across the street and we had to wait for them to close up before we could fall asleep. Noise is a major issue — if you need to sleep I would seriously reconsider this hotel. Perhaps our room was particularly bad bc of the way it was facing — but we were shocked by how bad the noise was for relatively high end hotel. "

"Proper he was great but it was not clear that we had to pre-order parking. Street parking here is a nightmare and I have to wake up early in the morning to plug the meter. I was actually thinking about calling Orbitz to get a reduced fee because it’s really inconvenient to park unpacked part the vehicle come back into the same thing tomorrow morning "

"So close to Venice beach and great dining options. The beds were comfortable, hot showers, and plenty of towels. The pool area was never busy, although it was very small. There were scooters on the sidewalk to rent and access the beach area easily and in a fun way! My husband and I loved our 4 night stay and would stay again! "

"I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in an ocean front view room. Pros: -location -views -cleanliness -has netflix (living room area only) -basic kitchen tools for cooking/eating. -rooftop patio (very nice to hang out, watch the sunset and do bbq). Cons: -no A/C, so summer time you might not enjoy it. Although it has a ceiling fan in the bedroom, mine was a little noisy. -not soundproof, you can hear footsteps from the suite above and the noise outside the building. -if you like hot showers like...

"The location was fabulous so close to the beach, which meant that we had a simple three minute walk to the amazing oceanfront and we enjoyed swimming in the ocean each morning and each evening. "Loved this property. In spite of the proximity to a busy street, we found it quiet enough and safe. Curbside parking is iffy, so we opted to spend the additional $20 for the secure garage. Just wish we had time to enjoy the rooftop seating area and fire pit. Everything was thoughtfully appointed. Will definitely try to stay here again!"

"The apartment is located on a lovely lane minutes from Abbott Kinney (a great road for quirky shops and great places to eat).
