"The Tune Hotel at KLIA2 is perfectly located only a couple of minutes walk from both the Departures/Arrivals halls. It's ideal for overnight stopovers in KL, especially late check-ins. It's clean, has really comfy beds and a great shower. Whilst some may view the rooms as basic, there are multiple power points, a TV with English speaking channels, good air conditioning, a hair dryer, towels, soap and shampoo provided, plus 2 bottles of water per day. "It was overall an okay stay, there was a mouldy smell in the corridors and the bedding linen. They were also out of soap, when I asked they said I could use the shower gel instead. Otherwise, the check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff members seemed friendly in person. Though the hotel in the pictures is the one near the city centre and this one was in Nilai. "

"The sheets were stained, the checkin staff were uncommunicative, the room smelled of smoke, and there were limited dining or shopping options. We tried to get food delivered by Grab, but even that was canceled by the restaurant. Our room key stopped working for no reason and we had to get it fixed. At one point, somebody opened our door, but couldn’t get in because of the lock chain. I assume that was the cleaning staff. They could have knocked. I’m not disappointed. It was very cheap...

" I would happily return. The residence and my flat looked new. Everything needed was there. No smell of cigarette, the fans, AC and WiFi were working fine. Don't forget a plug adapter (G type in Malaysia). A mall and supermarket are at 5 min by walk, restaurants too. Quiet residential area. There were few people in the swimming pool during the week. A few small things to improve: the handle of one window was broken, the shower head was broken and I had to remove it (which is OK for me), there...

"We check-in in the mid night and immediately found bugs crawling all over the sheet, towel and pillow. We believe they are small cockroaches but the admin denied. No one in my family dared to sleep on such dirty environment and we grab a car to sleep in airport bench all night. "
