"The hotel was good my only complain is the washrooms in the first floor. The tub was very old and looks really bad. My kids had to wear water shoes to take a shower. Eveything else was good."

"Front desk personnel needs to learn how to smile. Not very well trained in displaying a welcoming, friendly approach to guests.
The breakfast area was not monitored or attended by hotel staff. At times, food was strewn across countertops for long periods of time, along with litter on the floor. It became disgusting to look at. Only when the front desk was notified did anyone enter the breakfast area to get things back in order. Also, several food items were running out and only when...

"The room was clean. The mattress needs to be replaced. I have stay twice in May and both times the elevator was broken. Luckily I was able to a room on first floor, it was handicapped accessible. Not the greatest!
Staff was friendly!
I am hoping they remodel soon ! This place is convenient for my visit to see grandkids!"
