Property appeared maintained and possibly recent updates. beds and room comfortable. bathtub needed attention. Tub was dangerous because of floor "valley" causing concern with balance when changing position. woke up in am with dead cockroach on bedding. Front desk informed when checking out. (attendant was busy with another guest and I had an appointment at Cleveland clinic and could not wait). I was extended "I'm so sorry."

I checked in Friday and never got the guy's name at the front desk but he was excellent treated every guest like they were at home. I loved the fact that my room was super clean and well stocked. Bathroom lacking, tub was narrow for an old fart like me to stand in, the water was warm could have been a little warmer, shower had soap dish removed could see the outline, not a big deal but gave it a dingy look. Construction workers on the 2nd floor were loud up til 11 music, talking. closing doors, not a big real big deal was able to get some sleep, tripped over a case of bud light in the hallway. Other than that it was ok, room was clean and didn't stink. The clerk helped with a malfunctioning printer, and got our airline tickets printed

The front desk staff was awesome, so this is not towards them, but the condition of the rooms and hotel is horrible. As a nationally recognized company, Wyndham and LaQuinta leadership should be ashamed of the condition of this building. I was moved from one room to another because the bed sunk in, and the second room was no better. The bathtubs were disgusting and need to be replaced. The walls had patch work done. I can clearly tell leadership doesn't care about the quality of this location!

The hotel was just ok. I felt safe and there were some conveniences like parking, dining areas nearby and some shopping. I didn’t like the fact that we were put on the first floor right near the entrance and elevators. You could hear a lot of noise and doors banging all hours of the night. Also, the bed was horrible. The mattress was far too soft. I woke up with a soar back. I’m ok if the mattress is medium firmness but it was very soft.
