The room was very clean and roomy. Water pressurer was excellent. Great location, easy to get too. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will defi itely come back when we're in that area.

There are a lot of maintenance problems at the hotel. Dishwasher broken, towel bar coming loose, kitchen faucet loose and couldn’t produce hot water. But staff was pleasant and helpful, bed was comfortable, layout and size of the room was nice. Breakfast could have been better.

Nice staff but this location needs a total refresh

We've stayed at other Towne Place Suites so we were not hesitant to book this one. Upon arrival (91°heat) there was no working air in the lobby area (luckily rooms did have air.) The lobby is cluttered, dingy and dated. Check in process is antiquated but staff was friendly. This property needs to up it's cleaning game as hall carpets are stained and smelled like "wet dog". The room set up was fine but again, dirt in corners of the bathroom, torn curtains, well worn couch all need attention.

Ideal space

This was a perfect stay for friends! There was plenty of room for 5 of us. Breakfast was delicious! I had a flat tire (which was previously patched prior to the stay). The staff called our room to make sure that we were ok and to recommend tire services. They went above and beyond!

I loved this quiet property set in the woods. It was very accessible by Uber to Rocky River and Lakewood for my social events. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I could not ask for better service. I traveled with my two teenage daughters. Simple, clean and efficient property.

It's okay

The hotel needs a renovation. I get that it is Marriot and they charge higher prices than others but I feel like I'm staying in cheap hotel when all the rooms look dated. Other than that, it is comfortable and staff were kind. The breakfast has a lot of options too!

Great location. Incredibly friendly staff. These are the reasons we are able to give 3 stars. This facility is in shambles and there is no way it meets Marriott standards. It is not clean, common areas smell bad, and it is way behind on maintenance. This property is about ten years overdue for a remodel. If your are traveling with a large dog like we were and don't mind a place that is a little rough around the edges this could work. $100 pet fee is kind of a joke in a place where all the furniture and carpet was ready to go to the dump a while ago. I can't emphasize enough how awesome this staff was, and if it wasn't for that diamond in the rough we would have likely complained about the other things.
