"This place was very run down. I would have been ok with it, but it was also not very clean. The common areas were fine, but the floors, furniture, bathtub, etc. in our room we're not clean. My dog spilled water after we'd just arrived and when we used a towel to wipe it up it came away very dirty. My child's socks turned gray from walking on the floors. "I think that this is a very nice hotel that is conveniently located to getting to the Old Port area and downtown. The rooms are nice. The only issue is my room was on third floor and there's no elevator. I didn't have a problem, but if you have problems then you may want to request a first floor room. "Asked for extra pillows told they didn't have the staff to get them . When we finnaly got them there were no covers or cases on them , they cases and cover were sloppily stacked for us to put them on , very unprofessional!
