Room was very comfortable with everything we could have needed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome, esp the warm biscuits. We got there at 10:00, and there was still a lot of food left. I hoped it could have been donated to a local food bank. One suggestion would be to have pictures of local scenes about Yarmouth & coastal Maine in the inn and rooms.

The pool was great, but the best thing about the Holiday Inn Express in Freeport is the staff, especially a night staff front desk person named Natalia. She is the world's most helpful person and has helped me with many reservations before at this hotel.
