Sunset Park is a 250 acre wooded park.  It has a 50 acre lake (Lake Potter) that is protected and spills into the Mississippi River.  It is also the start of the Quad Cities' 65 mile bike path that runs along the Mississippi River.

This photo of an American white pelican was taken below Lock and Dam 14 in Hampton, Illinois.  My friend, and fellow Trover contributor, @Bill Eaker were entertained by a group of pelicans looking to score a quick meal.
