The lady at the front desk was really unpleasant to talk to . I don't know, if it is in all facilities she charched me 30 $ for early check in (1.5 hour earlier) i thought it was not nice I would go to a different hotel, usually they are happy to please you by upgrading or letting you in your room ...

Hotel Helka
Room was very clean throughout the stay and was sufficiently equipped (hot powerful shower, TV with streaming and casting built-in, drink-making supplies). Staff were always super friendly and helpful. Hotel was always warm and welcoming.
