Check-in was pleasant, smooth and fast.
KIng Room was huge and very pleasant.
Quiet room which was nice. Hotel seems quiet overall.
Bathroom was huge and well operated. Some worn spots due to age.
Restaurant 8 was quick, excellent for the Breakfast.

Spacious room, very clean and new. Easy check in and out procedures.
I would have given 5-stars for everything BUT, I booked this hotel because it indicated that there was a washing machine in the unit. There was one but it was not functional. My main reason to book this reservation was the washer since I was traveling from 2 weeks in Japan and would need to do laundry.

Usual Dormy standard, realy enjoyed spa. Excellent location close to metro station and right on top of Gangnam main shopping area. Foid outlets and restaurants beyond number just 5 minutes walk away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed in Frasers Place Namdaemun for the two years in row, but this time with my 6 month old baby. We got portable baby cot. Staffs are super friendly as always. Plan to visit next year again.
