Wakayama Ski Holidays

Checkin process was very long and my key didn’t work - they forgot our door was malfunctioning and I received a physical key after two trips up and down. No cleaning service, they leave all supplies by the elevator. Clean, close to many attractions, front staff friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty far from subway station if you have to bring a lot of luggage (recommend taking a Grab/taxi).

Our room was nice the kids screaming in the room beside us all night wasn’t. Up and down hallway also at 7 am

The room has all we wanted. Being able to do laundry in it room was so appreciated.

This is more like a 4.5 because overall, it was a great stay! I had to deduct some points because the room we had was a little stuffy even when we turned on the A/C. But the hotel's in a great location and the breakfast buffet was *chef's kiss* wonderful.

Friendly staff, bins emptied daily. Helped with luggage forwarding, a good size apartment style room for two adults and two children

The building is old, but the breakfast was really nice
