For birdwatch, should bring the guest to the kayak area where more exclusive bird hang around and not lobby and dinning. Nature walk is quite nice but need a bit more training. For both, best i suggest give a guideline on topic to show and say. And if possible collect or take picture for animal evidence like bird feathers, otter walk around the estate, snake skin.

We had a great experience at the hotel, the breakfast selection was great, loved the activities, beautiful beach. The bedrooms were spacious for our family of five. The kids enjoyed it tremendously. The only complaints we have were that the kids pool were closed the second day we were there, but we were still able to swim in the larger pool. And the larger pool was a little deep for shorties like me, I was not able to stand with my little one while helping him swim as it was too deep for a 5’2”. I do wish it had been less deep, but other than that, we loved our vacation!

We stayed in a sea view room from 20-22 Sep 2026, having flown in via Scoot flight from Singapore. Check in was efficient, fast and smooth. We were fortunate and appreciative that the front desk staff was able give us a room right away. Our two nights' stay was excellent. Room .was spacious and it was cleaned and made up quickly during the two days we were there. Great job done by Housekeeping! The staff we met were warm and friendly and made us feel very welcomed, from front desk staff to the gardener. Teluk Chempedak beach was very clean and well maintained. So top marks to the local authorities for this effort . We had a nice conversation with the bubbly guest relations staff (Ms Marsya(?), I think). We noted that she proactively engaged the guests, presumably to find out about their experiences at the resort. To sum up, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
