My classic double room was clean, good view and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Overall, a pleasant experience that I would recommend to others. The only downside was occasional noise from the street, but it didn’t significantly affect our stay. We look forward to returning next time we visit the area. Additionally, the hotel amenities were well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, making it easy to stay connected. We appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cozy atmosphere. Definitely a top choice for our future stays in the area.

Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

As always the staff are truly amazing - friendly, courteous and professional. Special thanks on your occasion to Bella who facilitated a smooth and efficient check in after a tiring journey. The staff speak excellent English and intuitively know what you require. Set in the old quarter you are not far away from all the major must do sightseeing and also the hustle and bustle of city life. I'm an experienced traveller and I recommend to come here.
