Extremely upmarket I was upgraded as I could not participate in the breakfast offering. My room was truly amazing Cleaners come every day and thoroughly clean my room from head to toe. The property itself was upmarket, I spent most of my time in the gym overlooking the stunning grounds and pool. Would recommend this to anyone - You are in the best of hands xoxox Miss Jeanette Clabassi

We love Evergreen and stay there everytime we visit Bangkok.

Good for the price, clean room , and good location. It’s nearby train, easy to go around.

This is a Chinese tour hotel, full of rude people and bus loads of arrivals choking up elevators. The food options were absolutely terrible. Lucky for grab. The front counter staff member told me I had to pay 1000 deposit for room key, which is questioned. Suddenly the supervisor shouted at me across another customer, and made my check in extremely uncomfortable in front of my wife. The WORST service I have ever encountered in any hotel around the world. A truely horrible woman, I felt so sorry for the staff who have to work with such a disgusting behaviour. She really should be sacked. There are much better hotels for the price. Unless you are part or a Chinese tour I’d avoid this place and never go back.

Words fail to describe the level of sophistication, luxury and treatment of the hotel staff. It amazed me and my family.

Hotel has aged significantly since we last visited a decage ago. Ramada D'ma would benefit by undergoing a refurbishment of sorts.

The room is clean and modern, bathroom also clean, like the shower has divider glass door for keeping toilet area dry. Staff are very attentive and polite, free buggy ride to market is nice, but only one chair for two people in the room, designer headboard for the bed is so big, taking much space in the room, useless, room will be larger without this thing. Very basic and limited option for breakfast. Hotel charged me 900 baht for airport taxi, very steep for the trip cost about 400/500 with Grab taxi. I won't book this hotel for my next trip to Bangkok.

On my arrival. All of front desks were all smiles. Upgraded my room. No charge Ensured my transportation and tours were in line The hotel was conveniently located to mall. 7-11, street food, transportation. And the best part. Their Buffett breakfast up on the roof, top floor. A lady named Rose was above and beyond service. Talking to all the hotel guests. Even initiated and suggested some food to eat with my children. She made special soup for my daughter because of peanut allergy. She and the whole group was awesome. Thank you Rose!

Staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was good. The only concern was the hotel is very old, the alley that the hotel is located, not great area. Also the hotel is under construction, if I knew I wouldn’t book it.Overall our stay was ok.
