Friendly staff, especially Mandy, a very attractive lady at the reception, look for her, she is running the show, a problem solver..
Other staff are also friendly and helpful..
Room is big.. bathroom is not.
Breakfast is mostly Chinese, can be improved by adding some cheese and more salad..
No complimentary coffee in rooms, only Chinese tea :)

Room looks very clean. However the the sauna , steam room and shower place are so dirty and terrible. Never clean . People are smoking the change room arear .

This hotel has lifts problems. Although there are four lifts but only one is usable. We took 20 mins to get down from floor 16th. We stopped every floor to pick up more people.
I stayed there for 3 nights and it happened every day. Lots of others complained about it but it never been solved.
