Fantastic, well appointed room, albeit on the smaller side. (Loved the Toto toilet!) The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet may have been the best I have received in all my travels. Highly recommended!

The staff was really nice and courteous. The room was spotless. Amenities including the lounges (the 45th and the 47th floors) are very spacious and have variety of seating arrangements.
The gym was a little small for the size of the hotel.
The location of the hotel is amazing. Very to the Shinjuku station and all the restaurants and shopping areas.

Palace, Hotel Tokyo is hotel perfection. The hotel itself is gorgeous. It is kept in meticulous condition. The staff goes above and beyond to help you. The food is excellent. The rooms are clean and extremely quiet. The area is lovely. This was my second stay there. I cannot wait to go back.
