The hotel itself is beautiful and conveniently located near many shops. However, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. When we asked about it, we were simply told to open the window.
Once the window was open, the wind kept hitting something in the ceiling and making noise all night, so we didn’t sleep well. The same thing happened the second night. We were later told that the air conditioning wasn’t turned on during those days because it was cold outside. By the end of our stay, we were honestly just happy to leave.
What made it even more frustrating is that as we were checking out around 10 a.m., the air conditioning suddenly started working.
