The hotel looks nice until you reach the room. Everything looked better than the room did. The room was ok but not what I expected. The room had an akward set up and the carpet was all stained. The door was so heavy to open that it would be difficult for some people. The biggest downside was the room that we had. Looked nicer in the pictures. The location worked well as it was close to public transit, attached to a mall and close enough to the places we wanted to see. The staff were also great and helpful. They were able to help with any questions that we had.

It would be nice if there is filtered faucet installed water in the room.
I booked the room as 3 guests, there was only 1 robe, 2 pairs of guest slippers, and 2 glasses.
It would be helpful if a copy of the shuttl was provided as part of check-in.
