Percutian Percutian pantai di Pantai Timur

Staff were very friendly and helpful, wine hour was a lovely extra, room was clean and had everything we needed

The hotel is new, but the restaurant and food service are below expectations for a major hotel chain.

The staff and hotel is great. The location was perfect for walking to the major attractions.

The reception staff by the name of Lewis was outright RUDE. I explained that I’m a hotels.com Gold ViP member and would like to enquire on late check-out options. He said there is no such thing. Only free beverage. I tried showing him my bookings but he was really very rude and brushed me off! Such excellent customer service experience from a 4-star hotel!

The quality of the Breakfast is not any longer anything special. We could build a tower of empty glasses and plates, the service for picking them up didnt really notice. We were at the breakfast table at 09.45, 45 minutes before the morning service is closing. But there were empty foodplates everywere and no one seems to care bringing in new food, so we had a 75% choices to go with. The orange juice and the milk, which has to be kept cool, were both warm and thats not ok. And then, about 10.05 a waitress came to our table, asking my wife if were finish? She answered no, then again 10 minutes later she asked again and finally 5 minutes later, the 3. time - thats was to much for my wife, so we left. The reception service is perfect, the same was the Manager at the 1. floor, serviceminded and helped us arranging a good customer meeting.

TAK!!
