We had two villas and they were perfect for our family size. The villas are really nice. A couple of outstanding perks of staying here: the buggys for traveling from villas to the beach/town nearby etc were easy to access. The pick up and drop off from the airport was an extra bonus. The breakfast was outstanding!!!!! Thxs Leon for doing a great job on explaining how the property layout and how the buggy system works and arranging the airport transfers.

the first room they gave us was upstair and very hard to get to as there was no lift.
when we asked to change room the room was dark. We booked for 3 people and they only gave 2 towels 2 pool towels which. no where to dry you swimwear. we had to keep asking for pool towels.
we had Nguyen Van Sang. He is the best always there to help us. When we complained about our room he spoke to managed to get us a better room with lift and view with balcony which was great and that is when we enjoyed our stay after that. So thank you to Mr Sang
