An Amazing Stay at Burasari Resort & Spa! I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Burasari Resort & Spa truly exceeded my expectations and deserves to be recognized! From the moment my husband and I arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine friendliness. The staff made an outstanding first impression, and that same level of care and hospitality continued throughout our stay, right up until the very end. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re in paradise. Our room was always spotless, and I loved the thoughtful touches, including the complimentary drinks and chips. The breakfast buffet was another highlight! There was such a wonderful variety of options, including a made-to-order omelette station, pastries, a great selection of sides, fresh fruit, halal options, pasta, and an Indian food section. One of the best parts of our stay was enjoying the spa! Jummy was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of us and handled our spa appointments with a beautiful smile, kindness, and outstanding customer service. What stood out to me most was the people. You can have a beautiful resort, great food, and wonderful amenities, but it’s the people who make the experience unforgettable. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket!

Check-in was very unorganized. I waited over 2 hours for a clean room because the room I was “upgraded” to had a puddle of water inside and smelled moldy. The second room I was provided was better, but the overall experience was disappointing. After everything I had already dealt with, I asked if dinner for two could be provided as a courtesy and was told no. About 45 minutes later, I was offered coconut water instead. The lack of urgency, communication, and effort to make the situation right made an already frustrating check-in experience even worse.

Everything was good to the last minute of our trip and even beyond as the front desk help with getting us a taxi even after leaving the property! Great job !

Fantastic resort in a beautiful location on the sunrise beach. The staff were very friendly & helpful especially the managers DK & May. The food was great with a large selection for breakfast. There are two beautiful pools one with a swim up bar. The room was modern with beautiful sea views. It’s an ideal location on the island & just a short walk away from Sunset beach & walking street where all the restaurants & bars are. We would highly recommend this hotel but not for families with children. We feel it’s more of a couples resort or families with adult children.
