Room is spacious and clean bedsheets. Staffs are friendly and service-oriented. Lots of dining places around the area. Though, traffic is terrible during rush hours.

The buffet breakfast was very good--so many choices, even vegetarian. JR, one of the waiters in the breakfast restaurant was so attentive and even gave us helpful information about how to take public transportation. The only negative comment I have is that the water station on the 9th floor was not working.

The hotel is well appointed, I think the breakfast Buffett could use a refresh compared to Shangri La down the street and the price is comparable. The staff was excellent. If it’s your first time visiting the amount of security you and your guest have to go through will be intimidating. I would chalk it up to “I would rather have it than not.” But going through the airport was less strenuous, which doesn’t lend itself to relaxing environment. It just keeps you on guard. Again for a first timer it might cause caution. Staff make the place a 5 star.
