Bathroom was dated and worn. Partial glass wall in shower meant floor got very wet when we showered. Balcony was very dirty - looked like someone had thrown up on it. Room felt tired and worn. Staff were friendly, location was great.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable.
The Receptionists were very welcoming and helpful.
The location is perfect for all Scarborough Beach has to offer.
This is our second stay and would definitely recommend.

The beachfront was under construction and blocked the view partially but we could still access the beach no problems and the venue a always outstanding for location and access to everything

I had a wonderful stay at the OBH. The staff are brilliant and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. You are right opposite Cotesloe beach which is stunning.
