Percutian Percutian mewah di Pulau Yeongjong

The stay was gloomy. The room we had was small. No place to keep 2 medium size luggage. After opening the luggage on the floor at the bed end. Not much space for us to walk. The receptionist was not able to help us get a taxi to the Seoul station after 6 nights staying here. We had to lug our suitcases in the snow to a nearby bus stop to hail a taxi. Not much warmth or welcome atmosphere at this hotel.

The location is excellent, close to everything. The staff was attentive and responsive. I needed extra pillows and they were delivered right away. My only issue was I didn’t realize both bedrooms are upstairs. We had 2 travelers with mobility issues and it was unexpected. Even with this hiccup for our family, I highly recommend this hotel. It added to our wonderful Seoul trip!

It was an excellent stay in the middle of the Seoul. Surrounded by the nature of Namsan, quiet and peaceful. Everything was nice, especially the room was really clean and tidy. All the staffs were attentive and helpful. Highly recommended and definitely will visit again.

The location is unbeatable - just steps from the subway, close to major tourist attractions in Myeongdong, and right next to a huge department store. The staff are incredibly accommodating, genuinely welcoming, and speak excellent English, making every interaction effortless and pleasant. Our room in the Executive Tower was in excellent condition and our city view was amazing. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that truly lives up to the VIP Access expectations. From the outstanding service to the fantastic location, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
