Our room was very big and they made an extra bed for my son before our arrival, which was very nice. The garden is absolutely beautiful and definitely a bonus. It’s walking distance to Shinagawa station, so it’s very convenient.

The hotel is pretty and luxurious. The staff is good besides the upselling of more expensive rooms. Bar is pretty expensive. Manager was nice with allowing early check in, though.
