I would not stay in deluxe room. I would upgrade because deluxe rooms have no view. I had to pay $15 usd a day for 9 nights to upgrade for garden view. My first room was a blank wall.

We were very excited to stay at this hotel as a family of 4 with another baby on the way We wamted comfortability amd somewhere the kids could play as we saw it was kid friendly Unfortunately we didn't feel ot was this way The fun and exciting water play area for kids was very old and rusted The photos they have on their website should be updated to reflect this as we didnt feel safe letting our kids play on it There was small whote foam balls on the top of the water which if ingested could severely hurt someone We thought being kids friendly that the inside playarea would be included in the very high cost that we paid but no you needed to pay everyday to use the playarea Which we thought was very misleading as it mentioned nothing about an extra cost Again the staff were very welcoming and polite and super curtious But we also had ants in our room we believe our children may have gotten sick from the hotel As we noticed a few things they put ice in all their drinks they supply water juice and they recycle the bottles of water they supplied So we stopped drinking them and bought our own but by then the damage had been done and for the first 5 nights of our stay, we had to stay in our very small room, we had to visit the hospital and had to call an in-call doctor to our room As both our children, under 7 and 6 had fallen very ill We were very worried, asyouo canimagine parents in a different country that dont speak the language would be I have more to say, plz contact me.

Loved our stay at Padma. This resort caters for everyone. Our room was perfect and very comfortable. Service was 5 star from the groundsman to the front desk. Will definitely be going back.

Loved the hotel and staff. Also that they supply an early packed breakfast when I had to leave for an early flight before the breakfast service started.
