This is the WORST experience we had booking with hotel.com. The rating is totally rigged! The rooms are big with a king and a queen bed in two rooms. The kitchen is nonfunctional and smells. It’s dirtier than a motel in the US. Very dated fixtures, dirty carpet, dirty and stinky bathroom and kitchen. ...
