Good location within walking distance to Myeongdong, room is clean and reception is friendly with good service.

Breakfast choices need to be more.

I really really loved my 2 week stay at G3 Hotel. Not only was the location so convenient, but the staff was super friendly, super clean, and almost the center of all the tourists main attraction sites. I highly recommend staying here if it’s your first time in Korea. Also a worth mention is there’s a GS25 store right next to it for all your late night cravings after walking 20k steps a day. I will most definitely be coming back to this hotel if I were to visit South Korea again.

Clean room but beds were small. We booked for 5 and it only had 3 twin beds and one sitting/sleeping sofa like bed. Didn’t like the bed situation but rooms were clean. Close to restaurants.

The hotel is great! The only thing that was noticeable is the elevators are really slow.

Every year when I visit South Korea to see my mom, I always stay at the Grand Intercontinental Coex because of the friendly staff, respect for guests, location, clean rooms, and so many shops nearby, so convenient and easy to access everywhere in Seoul. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely stay at the Grand Intercontinental Coex next year or on my future visit to Korea. It's a truly five-star hotel in Seoul.
