"Comfortable & friendly, quiet location, good menu with reasonable prices which is good because there is nowhere else around. Note you need a ferry to reach the property if you are driving from fort William (£13) or you can take a longer way (very scenic, single lane road)"

"For a 4 star hotel this was appalling. During our 3 night stay we didn’t see one member of hotel staff. No reception (self checkin & out) room was dirty I had to clean the toilet when we arrived and the cups but there was no one to tell. Rang reception several times no one picks up.
