Easy express check in, clean room. Housekeeping did a great job resetting our room. Bells men were efficient and helpful. Location is very convenient and close to great restaurants and other desired casinos.

The casino was well run. Friendly staff.

Overall we like the cleanliness of the bedroom/bathroom, towels were clean, staff were helpful, room given to us was an adjoining one, can hear the loud music, good thing it was daytime.

Property was very elegant and obviously designed with Venice in mind. However the room was a bit off. We had to request maintenance to fix the TVs as neither worked. They had to be rebooted and new batteries in the remotes. We also had to ask them to disconnect a bright, motion sensor night light in the bedroom that kept coming on even though we were in bed!

We got it into Vegas late and with at nice surprise that they relocated us to Tao (on the property) beautiful Hotel! Friendly staff and very helpful ! Thank you

The staff was amazing. Loved sitting by the pool enjoying a cocktail or reading. Lovely property. Will definitely be our go to place in Vegas!
