"The room was clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. Pretty quiet there overnight (room was on the 2nd floor). Building and parking lot seemed well maintained and safe. Staff was friendly. My only gripes are that the shower tub drained very slowly, leaving me standing in 3" of soapy water ..."

"Roaches and bedbugs in my room. Staff was friendly and relocated me to a different room, but that new room had one roach I killed and a fake nail on the floor that hadn’t been vacuumed. I just sucked it up and slept because I was way too tired from getting in after midnight but I felt disgusting ..."
