Rooms were somewhat spacious for NYC

The balcony we got was a view of ugly dirty rooftops with air conditioners and nothing more than that.. I would love to give this property of five star review but the fact of the matter is the picture is make the rooms look much bigger than they are. It doesn't say much about the sink being in the middle of the room and not having an actual bathroom. The beds are extremely hard and the quarters are close. For a boutique hotel with somebody who's not picky about the beds and just wants to be in Little Italy I'm sure it's fine but for us it would not work but I'm extremely grateful that they gave us a refund despite the fact that it was a non-refundable booking. I also credit Expedia and our platinum membership for that. The front desk and the management was very helpful with that and I appreciated it very much. If not for that it would have ruined our whole trip cuz I was traveling with my mother and we have specific needs. So Props to them for that.

We loved staying here . The rooms were modern and clean . The staff could not have been nicer . This is definitely our new go to in the city .

Staff were amazing! Bellhops, Concierge, Front Desk… all killed it! I used the gym multiple days, & it was adequate for working out. The room was not as clean or nice as hoped. And the biggest negative was the fact that we didn’t have complete control of the air unit. It got extremely hot in our room at night & we were informed that the ac units were switched to heat only. We were advised to open the windows, which was very loud & didn’t provide much air if we shut the blinds. So our choice was to be Hot dark & quiet, or slightly less than hot, bright & loud. The worst part was it switched a day into our stay!

The hotel looks like they maybe transitioning. Very empty lobby as far as furniture. Staff was friendly and informative. Room is on smaller side with no dressers. Bathroom was tight fit and a bit worn, shower curtain need replacing, bed was very comfortable. Weren't in our room much so all ok. The location was perfect, safe and vibrant. Had a great 5 nights. The valet parking was very convenient and everyone who works there is very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Solid property - nice location, rooms are decent size for midtown standards and a good service experience overall. I would look to come back
