The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them.
WIFI could be better...but it's free.
Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine.
The free breakfast was very filling.

The hotel had bedbugs. I had booked 2 rooms and in both rooms we have issues where the guests were bitten by bedbugs. At the end of the first night stay their body was covered in marks from bug bite. When we reported the staff the same they helped us change the room but other room has also same issue. The property is good but it is hard to recommends after our experience from 4 nights booking of 2 rooms

The location of the hotel is very convenient and many food choices around , the WELCOME supermarket is just 50 m away. For those who love music and Pub hop , Joe bananas is just in the behind lane with many other pubs

Very happy with my stay here. Very central - nearest station is just 5 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious room. It had everything I needed - comfortable double bed, good wi-fi, kettle, mini-fridge and the shower was powerful.
The air conditioning worked well but I would have liked it at a lower temperature. Hong Kong is extremely humid in the summer.
I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.
