Amenities don’t match the appearance of the hotel

Breakfast staff need more training on providing coffee to the table. When I asked for coffee, they just brought me a cup of black coffee, no cream and no mixer. Maybe nowadays people only drink black coffee?

The location of the hotel is excellent. The mall is just next door. Have stayed in this hotel three times. During my last stay, I thought I lost my hand phone, Cindy and her colleagues were very helpful to try to locate my phone via the Didi company. Really appreciate their help. However, the conditions of the first room given to us was not so good. There were stains in the bathroom which shouldn’t be the case. Housekeeping is lacking though the housekeep staff was very friendly when I met them along the corridor.

Good location. Nice clean room, although decor perhaps a little tired. Breakfast offered plenty of options. Overall great value for money.
