"A gem. Nestled in the countryside near Bergerac is this beautiful country house. We were only staying for one night as part of a longer trip, but next time we will surely stay for more nights. Pauline gave us a lovely tour on check-in. The room was spotless and air conditioned. We booked into the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and it was a wonderful experience. "Perfectly fine for a budget hotel, on an industrial estate off the ring road. It's clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The pool was a definate bonus on a hot day and for a pre breakfast swim. So long as you're not looking for rustic, romantic, french charm, then it's a good place for a stop over on a long journey."

"The proprietors are superb. The property has been extensively upgraded to a superb standard. The pool is perfect for relaxing around as is the number of chairs and tables undercover. BBQ if you wish. The mature trees are so colourful. In 7 years of travel around France this has to be our number one pick. "

"Le personnel est serviable et sympathique, les prestations convenables. On m'a remboursé un petit-déjeuner réservé par moi en excès. Les informations sur les trajets en bus depuis la gare étaient erronnées. Il y a un Buffalo grill et un Burger King proches. L'entretien à l'extérieur des pièces est imparfait. L'hôtel (plutôt motel) n'est pas abonné à Canal+."
