Everything was fantastic! Had everything we needed and the room was super clean and well equiped. Even had a Nespresso machine with capsules and a Dyson hairdryer. Love the sliding doors, the deep bath and the wet room too. Would stay again if I was visiting Tokyo again. Close to lots of train lines and Ginza shopping.

I think this is newly buit. Everything was brand new. It was very spacious, has two TVs, kitchen and even laundry machine. It was super affordable compared to other hotels.

Checkin process was very long and my key didn’t work - they forgot our door was malfunctioning and I received a physical key after two trips up and down. No cleaning service, they leave all supplies by the elevator. Clean, close to many attractions, front staff friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty far from subway station if you have to bring a lot of luggage (recommend taking a Grab/taxi).

Executive lounge over-booked at times and offering a poor quality breakfast.
At check-in, the lobby staff didn't even show us to the lift let alone offer to help with our bags.
For a five star hotel, expected rather better albeit this was a holiday weekend.
