All the staff, at every level, smiled and always said hello. The room was clean and such a great new design. Awesome to just sit around and enjoy the room for awhile. Room was very clean. Great selection of food at every level.
Only thing that needs to be addressed are the slow elevators. Besides that i highly recommend the rio!

We ended up staying here unexpectedly for several nights after the A/C went out at our house during the Las Vegas heat, and overall it turned into a really good stay.
The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which made the whole situation a lot easier to deal with. We stayed in a one-bedroom villa and were very happy with it. It was comfortable, had plenty of space, and felt more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room.
The amenities were also very nice and gave us a chance to actually enjoy ourselves despite the reason we were there in the first place. What started out as an inconvenient situation ended up being a much more enjoyable stay than we expected.
I would definitely consider staying here again, especially for a longer stay where having the extra space and amenities makes a difference.

The pool area was nice and clean with helpful staff. Our room was not very clean with stuff on the glass shower and glass bathroom door.
