Clean room, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast has many options. 24 hours hot tea and coffee are provided. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland and airport. Close to subway station (5 mins by taxi). Very convenient to all tour sites by taking subway.

What I loved is the staff and their attention for my 4 years old son. It was his birthday on the 17th of March, the hotel kindly gave him a cake and a card which was heart-warming. Overall, the room was nice and it was a wonderful experience.

Room was spotless and the staff were very polite and went out of their way to help whenever possible. Breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of different cuisines. Location is on the Bund and it doesn’t get better than that. Many shopping malls nearby and historic attractions are just a short walk away. Besides its rich cultural heritage and history, I highly recommend staying here for its convenience and excellent service.
