Hotel was stunning! Gardens and Pool Area were amazing! Staff from all sections were very attentive.Shout out to Kadek at the restaurant in the evenings, young guy who went out of his way to assist and give individualised service! We had an Ocean view room which was wonderful, can hear waves on beach, although room 213 close to pool area so not very private. Bit of a distance to town area, and whilst shuttle was advertised at set times, taxi service is available from reception for 30k which is a far better option (although not mentioned at check in - would suggest in future). Buffet breakfast was nice, restaurant meals were good, but drink prices quite expensive (65k a small Bintang outside prices around 35k). Definitely would stay again.

Everything was great. Friendly staff, clean, great atmosphere. Property needs better restaurant. Really lacking in the restaurant department.

Amazing property in a great location with so much on your doorstep to do within walkable distance including great restaurants and beautiful beaches. The team at Sienna Villas are incredible and made our holiday amazing.

The service was amazing, the villas are a little tired but the location and the staff make up for it.
